Terms of Service
1.1 Client Requirements
Client must be above the legal age (18+)
Read the Terms of Service 1-3.
Post only the watermarked (naarielart.co.uk) version online, titled “by Naariel”.
1.2 Personal Usage Rights
All rights and ownership of the artwork remain with the artist and you cannot alter, modify, distribute or use it for commercial nor advertising purposes unless agreed otherwise. Rights, licences and ownership can be purchased at additional cost.
The commissioned artwork is for personal use only. A Limited Usage Licence is given to the Client - I draw this for you to cherish, use as your social media avatar, put on your OC pages and print out and hang it up on your room, or gift to a loved one.
Minor changes such as cropping or adding text are allowed. Do not edit or crop out my signature or watermark.
I may alter, modify and post the illustration on social media, patreon, sell it in my shops, create merchandise, etc.
2.1 Payment
Payment via Paypal, in British Pound Sterling (GBP) or US Dollars (USD).
Check your currency exchange rate here.I will not start working on the commission until payment is received in full.
Roughly 4.2% of the total price are PayPal fees (varies on depending your country). All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.
Tips are very welcome.
2.1.1 Refund
I can refund 90% of the payment if I haven’t yet started on your commission. No refunds after I’ve started (or completed).
If I fail to complete a commission due to illness or any other reason, refund will be paid in full.
2.2 Commercial Licence
If you wish to use the commission on products of any kind and distribute it either for profit or on a large scale, you’ll need a commercial licence. A non-exclusive commercial licence can be bought at 50% of the price of the illustration. An exclusive commercial licence can be bought at 100% of the price of the illustration.
2.2.1 Licence to Existing Art
A non-exclusive commercial licence is available at £ 150 GBP for 1 YEAR up to 1500 units.
An exclusive commercial licence is available at £ 400 GBP for 1 YEAR up to 1500 units.

3.1 Technical Information/Drawing Process
Keep track of your slot in the queue via my Trello board.
You will receive two digital images of the finished painting. One high resolution, and one lower resolution version for posting online.
Canvas is A2 with 300dpi.
All references must be provided before the commission starts.
3.2 Revisions
These commissions are eligible for 1 revision, immediately after the finished product is sent. Revisions and changes thereafter will cost £10+, depending on how much time and effort the change will be.
3.3 Retention of Images and Files
I will store the files 6 months after completion. If you lose your print after that, I cannot guarantee I still have it.
4.1 Buying Prints and Merchandise
Prints are printed on 280 gsm Satin Pearl Photo Paper with or without white border. (Standard is without.)
A4 £ 7.00 GBP
A5 £ 5.00 GBP
Please note a small signature (not watermark) will be present on the final print. Contact me for a quote on larger sizes and quanities.
4.2 Shipping
Shipping costs will depend on the size and which shipping option you’d like. Most countries allow for your print to be tracked - let me know if you want tracking and I’ll let you know the shipping costs.
I can only replace a print that’s been lost/damaged if you choose with tracking.
4.3 Delivery Times
UK: 2-3 Working Days
Europe: 3-7 Working Days
World: 5-14 Working Days

5.1 Last But not Least
All articles of this Terms of Service are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between Client and Artist. By contacting me for work you are hereby confirming you have read and understand and agree to the terms expressed above.
